A TweetPik alternative that works right on x.com
TweetPik has not disappeared, but it has moved. Its address now redirects to a page on Tweet Hunter, where it is offered as a web app for screenshotting tweets, alongside a screenshot API and a Zapier integration.
It still does the job the usual way for a website: you find the post, copy its link, switch tabs and paste. If you share posts often, that back and forth is the part worth removing.
TweetPik and Quillshot side by side
| TweetPik | Quillshot | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | A web app on Tweet Hunter's site | A button on every post on x.com |
| Steps for one image | Copy the link, switch tabs, paste | One click on the post |
| API and Zapier | Yes | No |
| Price | Described as a free tool | Free for 10 posts a month; Pro $3.99/mo or $24 once |
Should you switch?
Stay with TweetPik if you need its API or Zapier integration, or you only make an image now and then.
Try Quillshot if you capture posts every week and want to do it without leaving x.com, or you turn threads into carousels.
Quillshot is new, so it has few users and no reviews yet. It needs no account and does no tracking; your settings and uploads stay on your computer.
